ROBO-CAPPER E120

ROBO-CAPPER E120 caters eight servo-driven capping heads for delivering an output of 120 bottles/minute.

Screw cap closing torque and cap pre-orientation could be managed in the system and it could be saved as product recipes to be used in the operations.

ROBO-CAPPER E120 is suitable for bottle capping operations with different cap types such as snap-on cap, screw cap, pump cap and trigger pump cap.

This system could be integrated with robotic cap sorter for achieving the agility of the line. The system for the robotic cap sorter is called as ROBO-SORTER E120 which is adapting vision system incorporated with five axis delta robot.
