the V80 is for an output of 80 tubes/minute and theV120 is for 120 tubes/minute.

the system could be connected with automatic case erector or case wrapper and automatic case sealer to be fully automatic tube case packer.
ROBO-flexLINE C80
ROBO-flexLINE C80 is modular robotic system in one flexible line with an output of 80 bottles/minute.

the filling system is adapting a servo driven piston filler, starts from 5ml to 30ml filling volume. Any other filling volume ranges could be requested.

the capping system is adapting a servo driven capping head with programmable screw cap closing torque. While for the snap-on cap, the servo driven could manage the cap orientation prior to the cap placement on to the bottle.
ROBO-PACKER Q8
ROBO-PACKER Q8 consists of robotic case erecting module and flexible pouch pick and place module by adapting six axis articulated robot and two axis delta robot control with Industrial PC as unified system controller.

the beauty of this system is able to invert the horizontal pouch incoming into vertical placement into the case.
